[Farmall] Super A air cleaner

Short of waiting for a part to appear on EBay, does anyone have a suggestion for repairing/replacing the dented and perforated long tube of an otherwise good Super A air cleaner?
   
  Is this the type of replacement project that can be done at home with skills acquired 30 years ago (and not used since) in 7th grade metalshop?
