Ken, In our area they were known as "slip scrapers". A "Fresno" was a concrete finishing tool... a trowel with a long handle so the work could be done standing. I sold mine at auction in 1999 and don't miss it at all! In fact, I don't miss any of my concrete tools. George Willer
