Boy, the more hear you guys talk the more I like Oregon. We have two big  
taxes here Income and Property. I don't pay income tax because I'm a Civil  
Servant retiree and my property taxes are locked in at 1995 level which is about  
$600 for the farm.    We have no tax on personal property or  vehicles or State 
Sales Tax. we voted the last attempt down by 75 to 25 vote  makes then scared 
to even mention it now.   
 
We don't have any county or city taxes because they know we would vote them  
down then throw the people out of office for coming up with them. 
 
I just want to know how to train beaver to only block overflow pipes in the  
spring not in the winter any ideas on that.
