Thanks for all the tips, especially about the defogger.

I need a new paint respirator so that's probably what I'll use.

I'm going to check out a couple of the different abrasives mentioned. Seems 
to me glass beads would be expensive, we use them at work in our blast 
cabinet but when you are reclaiming you media its not expensive, although it 
gets dusty--we exhaust to the outside of the building.
