Did some more checking on the oil pump. Parts are availabe from Case-IH. I 
think the plate and gears were around $300.00 If your dealer can't/won't get 
them I'll put you in touch with mine. They take creditd cards and ship UPS.

I noticed you are using multi wieght oil. I don't know how much it would do 
to help but we never run anything but 30W, same as is reccomended by IHC.
