[AJD] Delay in messages

  It's not a conspiracy, and you're not alone.  I've not calculated the time lag messages take from being sent until I receive them, but like you, I often get responses before the first post of a thread shows up. I have a cable modem that is usually quite speedy, so the fault must be in the server chain somewhere, or as you say, some effort to eliminate worms, viruses, etc.  It is irritating at times, for sure.  I've noticed that the few messages I post on ATIS sometimes take hours before I get them back. So it goes, I guess.

It is really hard to maintain any continuity on message strings this way.
