Dean,
               I am getting ready to purchase the basic powdercoat setup
that 
Eastwood sells.  They do offer JD green, but I have not seen JD yellow. They

don't list JD green  in their paper catalog, but I found it on their
website. 
For the time being I am  going to try out some small parts and compare them
to 
the spray can Ag green  & Classic green and see which one comes closer.
