Am in the western NY area you are talking about.  (South Dayton, off the 
Silver Creek or Fredonia Exits from 90).  We've had such a mild winter.  But 
will email my wife who works in Fredonia and another friend who works in 
Silver Creek during any given day and the weather can be totally different 
in such a short difference.  That Lake Erie can do strange things.
