Joe,

We got one almost new when I was a teen. It is a solid row crop tractor
andwas well matched to a 2-16" moldboard plow in our Missouri clay.
They have been appreciating steadily in value for a long while now,
and if the tractor is in decent shape, that sounds like a good
buy. For me, the strongest points of the tractor are:
- A great hydraulic system - the 3 pt hitch will raise either anything
you hook up to - or the front end of the tractor - right now. (The top
adjustable link on the 3 pt. has to be carefully secured at shows.
They are worth a bunch and quick to detach if you don't make
them otherwise)
- Ease of mount and dismount for a high seat tractor
with a nice view (about like from a Farmall H) with the factory
installed step low down between the flywheel and left tire.

Wish I had our old one back.
