Thanks for the responses. It looks like there are multiple methods with no
specifics as to how far the pulley should be driven on. I'm going to use
the threaded rod and nut method unless it becomes too much of an effort,
then I'll try the heating option. I didn't have too much trouble getting it
off once I got the bearing puller behind it, but getting the bearing puller
behind it took some effort. Was more concerned about driving it on too far
and then having to pull it back again in order to get it in line with the
fan pulley.
