[AJD] OT: Please, please come and get some of our rain

  Dean,

No she still has a few days to a few weeks of paper shuffling to get through before they will send her home. The good thing is that now that her job is done they don't want her on the payroll so things should move along quickly.

The tractors are safe for now, once she comes home she'll be distracted for quite some time re-arranging the house and replacing furninture so I may be safe until spring time at least.

                          Chris

That is not fair. :-) A trip to San Diego is being considered. In fact a
trip to anywhere else is being considered! :-) We aren't having trouble
staying afloat. But would prefer less to float on.

Say hello to your wife for us and thank her for her service to the country.
It is sincerely appreciated. Maybe we got Zawahiri in Pakistan in the last
few days. Unfortunately, a bunch of collateral damage may have occurred as
well. I would think that if we got Zawahiri that it would be a fairly
substantial blow to the organizational structure. Maybe this will force Bin
Laden out into at least an appearance on tape. If he is still alive, which I
have some doubts about.

Have a good trip home. Will your wife be coming home with you? Should I
remove some of your tractors you have acquired, in her absence, before she
gets home? :-)

It's nice down here in San Diego Dean, I'll try and bring some sun home
with me on Monday, can you stay afloat until then??

We are on the verge of breaking an all time record of consecutive days of
rain. Would some of you who are in unusually dry areas please come and get
some of this stuff! And bring some sunshine in return! PLEASE!

I used to say that I would have started building an ark but I didn't know
what a Cubit was. But now I know what that is so I can't use that excuse
any more.

All kinds of mudslides, some flooding, water standing all over, drains and
drain pipes plugging up but the Sea Hawks are still in the playoffs! So all
is good.
