Hey Dean,
    Trade ya straight across... we have more dry and sunny than we know
what to do with. Arizona in a drought... who'da thunk it? :) 
     Seems like last year about this time we had a little more than our
fair share of rain and you were in a drought. Share some of it, will ya?
