[AT] decal application

I always used a shot of dish soap in my water that i used to put decals on.
Years ago use to put alot of wood sides on the old station wagons needed the
soapy water to squezqe the decal smooth. The soap help lub the decal so you
didn't catch and rip it as you worked it.   ED
