[Farmall] carb flooding

Three other possibilities: gasket edge catching on the float, float
sticking (for whatever reason) to the side of the bowl, small piece of
crud from the tank caught in the needle valve. The reason I mention them
is because I have had them all at different times. I have also heard of
folks encountering defective/wrong float valves but have not had that
problem myself.

The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of
those who have much, it is whether we provide enough for those who have
too little. -Franklin D. Roosevelt, 32nd US President (1882-1945)
