Where are you guys getting all this information from. I searched the web  and 
could not find anything except that we will get a number for the farm and  
one for each animal on it.  I can't find anything on the actual system and  how 
it works. 
I will be attending a forum tomorrow (sat) and will hold my comments on  this 
matter until I get the whole story.
I don't want to start any bad rumors right now. 
I think that each state is going to have its own way of implementing this.
