The service is great on this end.  I have no complaints.  If I can be of any 
help, please let me know.  I have only a 19.2 BPS connection, so anything 
you type should be done slowly, because I cannot read it very fast -) !!

I might add that with my ISP, Copper.net, I have had no problems
