I  just read  a  article this morning  from one of  Indiana's  point people 
on this project. They said it  is needed to  help if  bird flu or some other 
disastor comes -- they can locate the  heards for flocks in the area...   only 
one thing    this  "point of production" registration  is not manditory  for   
FOULS!  or  horses.....  but is for every other  kind of livestock....

by 2009 it will be manditory  ID  time  the article  said...    and from what 
I read that means is:
IF  your not  MARKED your cant sell...      now in the Bible it says  that  
in the last days  you can  neither  buy or sell with out the  MARK!      

I  have a small herd of  Herfords  I  will  be  liquidating  :(
