Greg:

Really good to hear that things are slowly improving. If there is anything
we can do to help, please give us the opportunity.

Thanks one and all
Life's settled into a routine, hospital nearly every morning, drive back to
work long as
possible, back to the hospital, home late and to bed, repeat.
I've now put in two nearly full days and am trying to get dug out from being
essentially AWOL
for a month. As my shipping department consists mostly of three of my kids I
have lost their
services too during this time so a former employee volunteered her time to
come in and help me
out. Also other people at work have helped as much as possible so we're
gaining ground. Hope to
be back to my usual lousy level of service by week's end.

Dan is improving. He now has started to regain his voice somewhat as there
was a problem with
that area too. He of course still can't stand up or bear weight but can get
into a special
wheel chair with the aid of an electric lift. Rehab people are working with
him as much they're
able to and he continues to heal. He has scars on every limb and area of his
body. We are truly
lucky that he continues to improve as we found out just how close he truly
was to not making it
after he had made it through that first week. As we learned, you're
basically not told more
than you need to know at each step of the process. I can understand that.

He has an awful lot to deal with at 16, both physically and emotionally now
and in the future.
This will be with him for the rest of his life.
So for now it's one day at a time.

Thanks one and all
Greg
