    Ralph;
    My DC4 had starting problems too. The problem was the impulse spring in 
the magneto had broken and let the timing retard. Replaced the spring and 
now starts right up and cured the overheating problem too.
    With 13 Case tractors on the place, all of them start pretty easy.
    Tractor has a Roust-a-Bout loader on it that is really heavy. Now if I 
can only get it to steer a little easier.
