[AT] Does Walt have a death wish?

I think a person has to actually receive and keep an item before it becomes
clear fraud. That is the point that financial gain has occurred. Of course
they don't care about the collateral people that just get used but they
don't require much $$$ fraud to go on the attack at the post office.
I will try to keep an open mind as this plays out but the common thread here
is Walt and someone else, Walt and someone else, Walt and someone else... If
it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck then just maybe... Walt's
behavior just before he was removed was much like someone that snapped
perhaps from some problems totally unrelated to the list. It was maybe
easier to lash out at Spencer and list members than what ever was the real
problem.

BTW, I also noticed that I am now subscribed to road & track and have an
invoice for that, no names on that one. Dang, I wish it were a woodworking
magazine instead. It will take them forever to stop the thing and I don't
care for Road & Track. ;-)
You are NOT required to pay for or return ANYTHING that was delivered to
you that you did not order (ask your postmaster). If you open the item
however and insist on sending it back you will have to pay the return
postage. You wouldn't believe the tons of "stuff" that the post office
tosses in the trash each day. The person that actually ordered these things
however is responsible for payment or it is fraud. "IF" Walt is doing these
things as revenge then most any judge would take a very dim view of those
actions.

You know, I may well have thrown away several of these things unopened. I
toss junk mail unopened all of the time and the invoice envelopes look
pretty much like the offer envelopes.

If you cut a tree plant at least two to replace it...

Warren,

Walt is accepting delivery according to a report from a publisher. That's
how they know his skimpy address is deliverable.
