Bob,

Your suggestion works for email fraud, but this is using the U.S. Mail
system... To fraudently order the subscriptions by mailing in cards, to
falsely direct the charges elsewhere, and to receive the booty.  It has
nothing to do with web scams.

Can you say MAIL FRAUD?  BIG TROUBLE!
