Yes most definitly, dont tell the neighbors but tell your freinds.  Seemed 
to me like a great idea, problem is I dont care about these Foreign 
ministers or commerce depatrments. All it was is a scam, that is why I 
copied it an sent it to the list. Is anyone else getting emails like this ?
