Hi Dick; 

I don't have the post; but I think I have a slight clarification to make.  
If we are talking about the Orleans-Kenner Railway (OKRA) engine that is now 
preserved in Mel Ott Park on the Belle Chase Highway in Gretna, LA; it is a 
compressed air locomotive, not a fireless locomotive. 

Instead of the insulated steam vessel, compressed air locomotives had from 
one to three uninsulated air tanks.  Like a compressed air locomotive, they 
were charged from a stationary source, and could run for hours on a single 
charge.  The chassie for both are roughly the same.
