[Steam-engine] New Orleans fireless steam streatcar (Recent post)

I lost this post and wanted to get more info.  Anybody still have  it?  I'd 
like to have it.  It's about an insulated steam vessel that  is charged with a 
stationary boiler, enough for the 9 mile trip from New Orleans  to the then 
(1880)  rural Carollton area.
