[AT] IH B275 Diesel

To add to my comments I sent earlier which haven't come back to me yet, 0.9V
and 36 Watts per glow plug defines the current at 40 Amps. That implies a
glow plug resistance of 0.0225 ohms or 0.09 ohms for the 4 glow plugs total
in series.  That doesn't really make sense to me yet and would be really
hard to measure with a common VOM. But if that is right then the coil
resistance (ballast) would have to be 0.21 ohms or close to it for
everything to come out right at 12V nominal. But actual measurement might
help to clarify this.
