Charlie:

Thanks that helps a lot. I haven't seen this message before. Wow! 0.9V and
36 watts. That means it has to draw 40 amps to do it's thing. They better
have a good battery and some heavy wiring to do that. 

I guess that is why most use parallel glow plugs rather than series ones.
