Hey, even a stopped clock is right twice a day... <(^¿^)> I too have
to agree with Walt. The last thing you want is a wrinkle... Especially in
something that flexes around like a tractor rear. I would go with the 13 x 38.
Just be sure it is a good "live" tube that will stretch well. Tubes vary a
lot in size anyway. It isn't uncommon to open two new ones the same
marked size and find one that is tight on the rim and the other so loose
it falls in place.
