[AT] Tubes and tires

I've gotta agree with Walt.  Tubes will stretch just fine. ( Ever blow one 
up outside of a tire to use for playing in the water? )  However, it they 
are too big they will get a fold in them and will eventually fail on the 
crease made by the fold.
