[AJD] JD wagon identity

Can anyone supply information about the JD wagon being towed behind the GP
on the back cover of the Two-Cylinder magazine, dated November - December
1994.   This is Volume VII, Number VI

This wagon is also on page 14 of the same issue.  

Would this be a difficult item to find today??   Or is this a "high
production" wagon?
