This one caught me by surprise, Jeffery. Are you suggesting that regular
hydraulic fluid can be used in the Ford N series tractors instead of 90
weight transmission fluid? My old 2N probably has the same fluid in it
from 1946, and I was going to change it out for new this fall. I just
assumed that I would put new 90 wt in, but now you have be wondering if
that is the best thing to use. I know that my 860 uses hydraulic fluid
in the rear end, but it never occurred to me that it would work in the N.
