[AJD] Oil Pressure Operated fuel valves

Chris: It could of had the low oil pressure shut off assembly from a 
numbered series put on and when the diaphragms went bad or something else 
with it went wrong, they removed it and blocked off the oil line at the end 
instead of removing it.
