Will & Farmer I'm a licensed RE Broker and a certified appraiser and I 
wouldn't touch that one either without an attorney.  There are a couple of 
reasons for that.  First if you hire the right lawyer he will  know what he 
is doing.  Second if he does screw something up you have him and his 
professional liability insurance to go back against.
If you do it yourself you are on your own.
