I hope the dealers idea works but if it doesn't you could try jacking up one corner of the tractor to achieve the same thing. Also, I don't think moving the levers will help pime the pump. I think that is just to bleed the air out of the hoses and cylinders. My 2 cents worth. Greg Hass
