[AT] New product panics (was) Detroits

I seem to remember there being something in Greenland(I think) about the 
number of cows allowed due the methan production from them.  This was over 
10 years ago, but there was a tax on it..
Perhaps Mattias has some input into this, I remember it being Northern 
Europe...
