Hi Blake,
Unfortunately, this is all of the information that I could glean from Dan.
He didn't remember the name of the seller, but has a picture of him. He is
located South of Clyde, OH closer to Green Springs if that is of any
assistance.
I got the SN right off of the cylinder.

Beth, I don't have that number on my list, but I have a 13131 that is
a 1907 and a 13749 that is a 1908. I have 12 Peerless engines in Ohio
on my list, so more information might help me look.
