Charles, What I undestand is that 200 amp box is about right...for
welder, air compressor, etc. Anything else smaller most folks say will
soon be inadequate.
The skylights get mixed reviews from my reading and talking to
folks....fiberglass colors, cracks, and leaks; there is another kind
(name of which escapes me) that is more durable, but some folks said they
expand and contract and soon leak. Maybe there is a solution to these
problems. I have thought about translucent panels along the upper walls
of the south side, but then that cuts down on the insulation....as do
windows. I do have a big fan from an old furnace that helps....used in
Texas, where it gets and stays hotter than even Nebraska, which is hot
enough.
