[AT] Misc Stuff (was test)

Auction sales are going strong here in sk. and I went to my first of the
season today. Cold, wet and windy with muddy roads and yards did little to
inspire me to buy anything but there was plenty to see. I don't think this
guy ever sold a piece of machinery in his life as most of the old stuff was
either for sale or piled in scrap iron. There was what appeared to be a
10-20 McCormick tractor that was not even pulled out of the bush to sell. It
even still had the hood and a side panel. Two threshing machines were
present and complete. Didn't stay to see how they sold.
The line up of tractors for sale included several 44 Masseys including a
rare six cylinder flathead model. Rarest of all was a Long that sold for
around $600. A pair of W45 Allis tractors went for around the $600 mark
too. None of these tractors were running and some had parts missing. That
along with the miserable weather conditions probably contributed to the low
prices. I had hoped to write down more of the details and prices at the sale
but my hands were too cold and stiff to even think about writing. I did take
several pictures which I may get around to posting if anybody is interested
in looking.
