[AJD] A Crank End Play, Oil Slinger

Chris,
The part of the pin you see is as you stated. However, the piece of keyway
has one end turned down to 1/4" dia, about 1/4" long, and that round piece
is pressed in a mating hole. I grab the square piece with a vice grip
attached to a slide hammer, and out it comes, usually. If it is really
stuck or you can't grab the square part I have drilled/tapped for a 10-32
screw, and attached the vice grip/slide hammer to the screw. So far all
have come out. Or you could drill a new hole for the new piece - it can go
anywhere.
Regards,
Duane Larson
