[AT] new tractor hauler

Could you convert it to surge brakes? Or possibly put electrics on one
axle and have surge on the other. Then have a way to lock out the surge
brakes. That way you could use it with any tow vehicle even if it
doesn't have a controller on it. Just a thought.
