Good choice.  Probably the cheapest and the simplest.  The vacuum 
controller on the vehicle gives you excellent brakes providing all is 
working as it should.  That controller will cost you as much as the 
electric modification and then you will have a dedicated vehicle as that 
controller is not easily moved from one to another.  It also likely 
would not work with diesel powered tow vehicle, or turbocharged.  It 
would require a vacuum pump.  More troubles.  You are doing exactly what 
I plan to do with my vacuum over hydraulic unit when I get it done.
