[AJD] Model LA brake issue

The only way to access the brakes is by removing the
final drive housings, which can take awhile. Once you
have them off, the brake drums and brake bands are
easily accesible and an inspection of the parts should
reveal the problem. 

I do have all parts available used, as well as some
new brake linings.
