[AT] Gasoline $ another view

It is normal for an oil refinery to switch the output mix depending on the 
season-  heating oil increasing now through Jan - Feb. and then back to 
gasoline rich in the spring for the driving season.  I'm not sure of the 
swing they can achieve - seems like the order of 20% is my recollection - 
but I am not a expert in refinery operation - so it is just recollections of 
things I have read through the years.
