[AT] Still inching down

Still going down here. Filled up for 2.39/9 last night in Troy. The other 
stations are at $2.55/9 (Exxon) and $2.49/9 (No-Name). The Shell station 
still thinks they can get $2.69/9 on the same corner as the others. Fat 
chance, unless the customer just has to use his Shell/Texaco credit card!
