[AT] portable welder

Thanks Ralph,

I guessed the period correctly but wasn't sure of it's use.   The options I 
had considered were simply a conveyance as you said or possibly a kind of 
camper, a portable goose hunting blind, ice fishing hut, field office, etc.

The advantage to living up in cold country (if there is one, LOL) is that 
you guys get to slide around on the ice in interesting things that we never 
see down here in the south.
