[Steam-engine] Tod Engine Open House is Tommorrow!

The open house at the Tod Engine Heritage Park is still on for Saturday, September 17.  Although it is raining now the weather reports say that it will be dry tommorrow.  If we do get rained out the open house will be moved to the following Saturday.
