Sorry to hear that Al.  We had winds here yesterday at about 30 knots so I'm 
not surprised that you got a blow there.  If the thing goes where they think 
it will it's comming right into Onslow Bay so you will be just to the west 
side of the eye as it passes.  Hope you can save your corn.  I wish I had a 
way to help you with it.

Man I wish you had reminded me of the Richlands Farmer's day.  Other than 
the high price of gas there was nothing stopping me from going but I just 
flat forgot about it.   In case you are interested there is a big tractor 
pull at the Lenoir Co. Fair Grounds this comming Fri and Sat. night.  It's 
not an antique pull.  It's a tractor and 4wd truck pull I think.

We never had a combine on our farm Al and I always wanted one.  There seem 
to be a lot of fair used combines around these days.  That might be worth 
looking at.
