	Ophelia seems to have been stationary all day today,
Charlie, and may skip you all together. I used to watch the
Weather Channel but it seems that more and more all they want
to do is try to get everyone upset instead of just reporting
the weather. I use one or more of the hurricane trackers if
I really want to see what is going on. This one says it has
not moved much of anywhere all day. What happens tonight is
hard to tell.
