[Farmall] running a Farmall H on ethanol

Hi all
A friend asked  me if it was possible to  run a Farmall H or any other old 
tractor  for that matter on ethanol? Not being sure, I figured I would post it 
to  the list and get your thoughts.I know on some car engines you have to  
rejet the carb and some timing changes but does the same apply for the tractors as 
well ?
