OT - [AT] Gasoline $ another view

A few years ago someone on this list or one of the other farm lists was 
talking about the DOT showing up at a farm auction sale and checking the 
fuel on every diesel pickup there.  Seems a big percentage of them had dyed 
fuel and they busted all of them.
