Called the fairgrounds, and got these directions.  You may need to 
adjust depending on the direction you are coming from. 
from highway 71, take 30 west through Mansfield to N. Trimble road  
(just west of 39).  go north on N. trimble about 100 yds, then left on 
W. Longview to Home Rd., then  right on Home Rd. to fairground gate.  
This puts it in the NW quarter of Mansfield.
